We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for high-rise residential projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, overseeing all phases of project development from planning to execution. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project schedules and financial constraints.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project changes, risks, and issues effectively to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report on progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in project management, specifically in high-rise residential construction.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with relevant local laws, regulations, and building codes.
