About eCertify

eCertify is building an AI-powered testing, inspection & certification (TIC) platform designed to redefine how industries handle compliance and quality control. Backed by strong IP and led by a founder with $100M+ in exits, this stealth-mode venture is positioned to scale rapidly across global markets.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, high-impact internship working directly with the founder. You'll help shape the early blueprint of the company — across research, product, competitive intelligence, and execution. Ideal for students from IITs, ISB, or top-tier institutes aspiring to build or lead a startup in the future.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Strategic Research & Market Mapping

• Conduct deep secondary research to map out the global TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) landscape.

• Create intelligence reports on competitors, their product offerings, go-to-market, and pricing models.

• Identify whitespace and innovation opportunities based on gaps in existing solutions.

2. MVP Planning & Framework Building

• Assist in building the core framework for the MVP — including feature prioritization, use cases, and early workflow design.

• Coordinate with the product and tech team to validate assumptions and build a lean MVP structure.

3. Stakeholder Conversations & Interviews

• Reach out and coordinate interviews with industry experts, potential users, and competitor customers to gather real-world insights.

• Synthesize findings into actionable product and business insights.

4. Special Projects & Founder Support

• Work on ad hoc strategic tasks that require structured thinking and rapid execution.

• Shadow the founder on high-stakes meetings and drive key follow-ups.
