Job Title: Customer Support (International Voice Process in Healthcare Domain) Location: Remote (Night Shift) Need 2 to 4 yrs of experience Job Description: We are seeking empathetic and service-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team in the healthcare domain. Requirements: Prior experience in customer service; healthcare/hospital or insurance support experience preferred. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care. Familiarity with CRM systems, hospital management systems, or insurance claim processes. Patience and empathy when dealing with patients and families.
