Provide clear information on services, procedures, and policies. Share feedback to improve customer experience and support processes. Requirements: Prior experience in customer service; healthcare/hospital or insurance support experience preferred. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care. Familiarity with CRM systems, hospital management systems, or insurance claim processes. Patience and empathy when dealing with patients and families.
