Job Description Job Title: HR ExecutiveLocation: Surat, GujaratDepartment: Human ResourcesReports To: HR Manager / Head Office HRRole Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive to manage all HR and administrative functions for our Surat office. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for Surat employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and compliance with organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities: - Act as the HR representative for the Surat office and handle employee queries. - Manage employee attendance, leaves, and maintain HR records. - Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities of Surat-based employees. - Coordinate with the central HR team for payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation. - Handle employee grievances and escalate to Head Office HR as needed. - Organize employee engagement and welfare activities. Admin Responsibilities: - Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination. - Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and ensure upkeep of the office premises. - Coordinate for IT, infrastructure, and maintenance-related requirements. - Handle travel bookings, courier, and logistics for the Surat office. - Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits or inspections. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 14 years of experience in HR and Admin operations (preferably from a corporate environment). - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
