SYSTRA has Design and supervision experience of about 40 km of bridges as part of 96 road and highway projects. We are seeking applications for the position of Social Expert for Mumbai Coastal Road Project Missions/Main Duties: - Conduct social impact assessments and baseline studies. - Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans. - Advise on land acquisition, resettlement, and livelihood restoration processes. - Ensure compliance with social safeguards and regulatory requirements. - Prepare and review social safeguard documents and reports. - Address grievances and support community relations activities. - Promote inclusive practices and social risk mitigation. - Degree in Sociology/ Economics Master in Sociology/Economies, Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Road Bridge/ Highway/Infrastructure Project Profile/Skills: - Social impact assessment - Stakeholder engagement - Land acquisition and resettlement expertise - Grievance redressal - Knowledge of social safeguard policies - Community relations management - Communication and facilitation - Report writing - Problem-solving - Inclusive practices promotion : We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
