We are seeking applications for the position of Social Expert for Mumbai Coastal Road Project Missions/Main Duties: - Conduct social impact assessments and baseline studies. - Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans. - Advise on land acquisition, resettlement, and livelihood restoration processes. - Ensure compliance with social safeguards and regulatory requirements. - Prepare and review social safeguard documents and reports. - Address grievances and support community relations activities. - Promote inclusive practices and social risk mitigation. - Degree in Sociology/ Economics Master in Sociology/Economies, Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Road Bridge/ Highway/Infrastructure Project Profile/Skills: - Social impact assessment - Stakeholder engagement - Land acquisition and resettlement expertise - Grievance redressal - Knowledge of social safeguard policies - Community relations management - Communication and facilitation - Report writing - Problem-solving - Inclusive practices promotion : We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
