About the job Join the SquareFork Team We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, build brand awareness, and engage our target audience. This role is ideal for a passionate storyteller with a proven track record in social media marketing who is committed to driving growth and achieving measurable results. Job Location: Central Delhi, Jhandewalan Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year of experience Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives. - Define target audiences, identify key performance indicators, and create content calendars. - Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Content Creation & Curation: - Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms. - Curate relevant content from external sources to share with our audience. - Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels. Community Management & Engagement: - Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers. - Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Foster a positive and interactive online community. Requirements/Qualifications: - Proven experience (1+ years) managing social media accounts for businesses. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content. - Data-driven approach with experience using social media analytics tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
