Key Skills Process Development for new products Preparation of Basic Engineering Package BEP Co-ordination during Detailed Engineering Procurement Plant Erection and Commissioning Plant Start-up to attain rated capacity Provide technical leadership in developing and conceptualizing new chemical process by deep understanding of unit operations and process Ensure timely preparation of engineering documentation including basic engineering document and technology transfer documents Mentor process engineers in applying core chemical engineering principles of reaction engineering thermodynamics and mass heat transfer to develop robust scalable processes Evaluate emerging technologies and drive their integration into existing or new processes ensuring feasibility and long-term value Establish and institutionalize process robustness frameworks by identifying critical parameters and defining control strategies across development and commercialization stages Ensure seamless scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial scale by validating scalability aligning cross-functional data and minimizing start-up delays Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize CAPEX and OPEX balancing innovation with operational practicality and risk mitigation Design and conceptualize process with inherent safety Prepare BEP for pilot campaigns and ensure timely completion of Pilot projects Includes Conceptualization Mapping P ID preparation Hazop etc Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design milestones
