Area Sales Officer FMCG Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to manage sales operations in an assigned region and drive business growth for our FMCG products The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales distributor management and market development with a focus on meeting sales targets and building long-term customer relationships Key Responsibilities Sales Management Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets Distributor Management Appoint develop and manage relationships with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability and market penetration Market Development Identify and explore new business opportunities expand the customer base and enhance brand visibility in the region Promotions Marketing Implement and oversee promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales in collaboration with the marketing team Competitor Analysis Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer preferences to stay ahead of market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly Customer Relationship Build strong long-term relationships with key customers resolving issues and providing excellent customer service Reporting Regularly track sales performance report on market trends and provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making Key Requirements Education Work Experience Skills Bachelor s degree preferred in Business Marketing or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or FMCG with a focus on area management Strong knowledge of sales processes distributor management and territory development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and customers Fluency in English Hindi and the local language is preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Key Competencies Target-oriented Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently Self-motivated A proactive and self-driven individual with a passion for sales Relationship-building Skilled in building strong relationships with distributors retailers and customers Market knowledge Deep understanding of the FMCG industry market trends and customer needs Leadership Ability to inspire and manage distributor teams to achieve sales goals This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background in FMCG to contribute to the company s growth while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment If you are passionate about sales and have the drive to succeed we encourage you to apply Mail us medistoregrp gmail com whatsapp 9933375311 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 27 418 81 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
