Picking & Sorting Select products from warehouse shelves according to orders or inventory lists. Sort items based on categories, sizes, and shipment requirements. Verify product quantity, quality, and specifications before packing. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment to reduce errors and returns. 2. Packing & Labeling Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. Apply appropriate labels, tags, or barcodes on products and packages. Prepare shipment boxes or pallets for delivery. Ensure clean, organized, and efficient packing processes. 3. Scanning & Documentation Use scanners or inventory devices to record product movements. Maintain accurate records of picked, packed, and shipped items. Report discrepancies in inventory or damaged products. Assist in updating inventory databases regularly. 4. Trolley & Material Movement Move trolleys, carts, or pallets to loading/unloading areas safely. Assist in receiving incoming goods and arranging stock in designated locations. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing. Follow safety procedures while handling heavy or bulky items. 5. Quality Control & Compliance Inspect products for damage, defects, or inconsistencies before packing. Ensure that packed items meet company standards and customer expectations. Follow warehouse safety rules and protocols at all times. Report any hazards, spills, or accidents immediately to supervisors. 6. Team Collaboration Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams. Assist colleagues during high-volume periods or urgent shipments. Participate in team meetings or briefings regarding workflow, targets, and safety. Support training of new team members in picking, packing, and scanning procedures. 7. Maintenance & Organization Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of obstacles. Maintain tools, trolleys, and packing materials in good working condition. Ensure proper storage of products and inventory rotation. Assist in cycle counting and stock audits when required. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Physical Fitness & Stamina Ability to stand, lift, and move items for extended periods. Capable of handling heavy products or large volumes efficiently. Good coordination and balance for safe trolley and pallet movement. 2. Attention to Detail Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, labeling, and scanning. Ability to identify damaged, defective, or misplaced products. Consistency in maintaining inventory and shipment records. 3. Organizational & Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks and complete orders on time. Manage workflow efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines. Maintain clean and organized workstations. 4. Technical & Equipment Skills Familiarity with barcode scanners, inventory software, and packing tools. Ability to operate trolleys, carts, and basic warehouse equipment safely. Quick learner with adaptability to new tools or processes. 5.
