Job Title: Sales Intern Location: On site Job Type: Full – time The Role's Impact As a Sales Intern, you'll be a key contributor to our growth by directly supporting the Business Development team. This 3-month internship is a valuable learning opportunity and serves as a direct pathway to a full-time Business Development Executive role. This role is a valuable learning opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience in strategically generating new leads, cultivating new business lines and partnerships, and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of empowering businesses with innovative technology, and your performance will be the direct pathway to a full-time position. Key Responsibilities This is a hands-on learning role where you will be an active part of our sales team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying new leads and potential clients. You'll help manage new queries that come in through our portals and support our outreach efforts. Sales Presentations & Demos: Supporting the team in preparing for and conducting pitches and live demonstrations of our School & College ERP software and other automation solutions. Client Relationship Support: Assisting with maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through our CRM system and helping with follow-up communications. Sales Cycle Support: Learning and contributing to all stages of the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing. Becoming a Product Expert: Developing a foundational understanding of both our ERP software and Digital Marketing Services to effectively support the sales team. Qualifications This internship is a perfect fit for a motivated and ambitious individual eager to launch a career in B2B sales. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or IT-related degree. Fluency in English and strong communication skills. A target-driven mindset and a strong desire to learn. A proactive and ambitious attitude, ready to take on new challenges. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in IT sales (including previous internships or projects). Based in Jaipur. Compensation & Benefits This is a paid internship with a fixed stipend for the 3-month training period. Based on your performance and learning, there is a clear opportunity for a full-time position at the end of the internship.
