At Zolo, the Activations Manager plays a critical role in turning a newly signed building into a fully ready, customer-worthy property. This role directly influences launch timelines, customer experience, and revenue go-live. Role Overview We are looking for an Activations Manager who can take full ownership of setting up new properties end-to-end. From planning and tracking readiness to coordinating vendors and fixing issues on-site — this role ensures the property is 100% ready for customers on the launch date. If you enjoy field work, solving problems quickly, managing workers/vendors, and taking responsibility for delivering a complete, ready-to-live property — this role is the right fit. Key Responsibilities - Set up new properties completely — ensure rooms, furniture, utilities, and common areas are fully functional before launch. - Visit sites daily to check work progress, identify issues, and get them fixed quickly. - Coordinate with vendors and workers (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, cleaners) to complete work on time. - Track material deliveries, costs, and timelines to ensure everything stays within plan and budget. - Prepare the property for handover — ensure cleanliness, safety, and final checks are completed before operations take charge. Skills Required - Work Planning & Follow-ups: Can create a simple plan and ensure all tasks get completed on schedule. - Property Readiness Knowledge: Knows what a fully customer-ready room/building must look like. - Vendor Management: Can confidently manage workers and ensure quality work. - Basic Technical Skills: Understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor repair checks. - Problem Solving: Quick, practical, and solution-oriented during on-ground challenges.
