Quickreply.ai is a WhatsApp Marketing and Automation platform that enables businesses to communicate with their customers through WhatsApp. Our platform helps businesses to automate their customer support, sales, and marketing tasks.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will be the initial
touchpoint between our sales and implementation teams. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth
transition for new customers, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to
successfully implement QuickReply.ai solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new customers during the onboarding process.
- Conduct demo walkthroughs, explaining the features and benefits of QuickReply.ai
- Collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover of new
customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance on WhatsApp API and integration processes.
- Assist customers in setting up their accounts and understanding the platform's
functionalities.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns during the onboarding phase.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging and informative product demos.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in customer onboarding or support is a plus.
