Job Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards The role involves monitoring patient conditions administering medications assisting physicians during procedures and ensuring the highest level of patient comfort and safety Roles and Responsibilities Provide bedside care and maintain hygiene for admitted patients Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians Monitor vital signs record observations and report any changes in patient condition Assist doctors during rounds diagnostic tests and procedures Maintain accurate nursing notes treatment charts and reports Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols are followed Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and recovery plans Support emergency and critical care situations when required Skills Required Strong clinical and observational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate patient-centric approach Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
