Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within SkySun/Lytegen. - Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals. - Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports accurately. - Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation. - Collaborate with HR and operations teams across India and the US. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. - 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of hiring processes and candidate management. - Immediate joiner preferred.
