Job Summary We are hiring a Store Manager to manage all store operations at our dairy farm The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control proper storage of materials issue tracking and ensuring timely availability of supplies for production and operations The role demands strong organizational skills accuracy and coordination with multiple departments Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the store including receipt storage and issue of goods Maintain accurate records of inventory using manual logs and ERP systems Ensure proper stock levels for raw materials packaging consumables spare parts and finished goods Monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Coordinate with procurement production and accounts for material planning and documentation Ensure safe and organized storage following FIFO FEFO principles Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store premises Prepare GRNs Goods Receipt Notes issue slips and update inward outward registers Track and report near-expiry slow-moving or excess inventory Supervise store assistants and helpers Key Requirements Graduate in Commerce Inventory Management or any related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in store inventory management preferably in dairy or food processing industry Strong knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel Familiarity with ERP software e g ERPNext Tally etc preferred Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities For more details contact Senior HR Executive Mobile 747 112 7791 Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Schedule Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Night shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
