About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Analyst to support global IT operations. The role involves monitoring infrastructure systems, managing incidents, and ensuring seamless shift-based operational continuity. You'll collaborate with IT teams across geographies and provide real-time issue resolution using ITSM platforms and backend logs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor enterprise IT operations tools and system health dashboards.
- Triage incidents, escalate issues, and follow resolution procedures.
- Manage and respond to ITSM tickets and alerts in a timely manner.
- Support backend infrastructure by analyzing logs and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate shift handovers and ensure 24x7 support through global team collaboration.
- Maintain documentation and update the procedural knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders during incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems or operations support.
- Strong understanding of incident management, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and application logs.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and collaborate with global IT teams.
- Clear and concise documentation and communication abilities.
