About US M s ATMS Co LLP is a leading Chartered Accountancy firm based in Thane Maharashtra With over a decade of professional excellence we specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions in Audit Assurance Taxation Accounting Regulatory Compliance We are committed to delivering value-driven advisory services that support long-term business growth and compliance for our clients across sectors Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 1-2 years of professional experience and hands-on knowledge of Zoho People The candidate will manage core accounting functions along with payroll and employee data management using Zoho People to ensure seamless financial and HR operations Requirement Location Thane Wagle Estate Employment Type Full-Time Experience 1-2 Years Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Process and reconcile payroll attendance and leave records using Zoho People Coordinate with HR and management for employee data accuracy and payroll compliance Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll and taxation Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial analysis Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field 3-4 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Zoho People for payroll and employee management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll compliance Good analytical skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Preferred Experience with Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory optional Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations Professional certification CA Inter CPA CMA is a plus Interested Candidate Can sent resume on talent atmsco in or can send on WhatsApp 7700067147 Candidate who stay in Mumbai Thane location only they can Apply Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
