Role Overview We are seeking an analytical and meticulous Accounts Associate to join our finance team In this role you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with statutory compliance and supporting day-to-day financial operations Key Responsibilities Financial Management Lead the accounting function for group entities and clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness Accounts Receivable Payable Monitor record and reconcile receivables and payables Reporting Analysis Prepare financial statements management reports and key functional metrics on a weekly monthly and annual basis Statutory Compliance Handle GST filings and other statutory compliances in line with business and regulatory requirements Collaboration Work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and seamless financial operations Support Activities Assist management with administrative and operational tasks as required Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related domain Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books Excellent analytical organizational and time-management skills Clear communication abilities both written and verbal Capacity to work independently and effectively with local well as virtual team What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a growing company with a mission to simplify business services Collaborative and inclusive team culture Continuous learning and professional development opportunities Application Process Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to careers TaxFino com Please include Application for Accounts Associate in the subject line Job Type Full-time Pay 180 000 00 - 240 000 00 per year Benefits Paid time off Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Tally 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
