We have a requirement for Sales Associate for Isha Foundation Delhi. The work location is Mehrauli(Chattarpur). Please find below the Job responsibilities:

- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance:
- Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Actively engage with walk-in customers, generate leads, and close sales.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the products and services offered by the store.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
- Store Presentation:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Replenish stock levels and manage inventory as necessary.
- Cash Handling and Transactions:
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments, handle cash, and provide receipts to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve collective goals.
- Assist in training and mentoring new or less experienced staff members.
- Share feedback with management regarding customer preferences and sales trends.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitors, and market trends to management.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
