The Relationship Manager will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, supporting bank staff, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of Care Health Insurance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with the bank branches allocated to them. - Drive and achieve business targets for health insurance products from the designated bank branches. - Establish and maintain strong liaison and collaborative relationships with bank management and branch staff to facilitate business development. - Conduct regular visits to bank branches to engage with staff, provide product knowledge, and actively generate health insurance business. - Support bank personnel in understanding product offerings, addressing queries, and resolving concerns related to selling insurance. Qualifications: - MBA or Any Graduate. - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Minimum two years of experience in Bank assurance)
