Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PTP (Procure to Pay) Functional BSA to support and help lead the functional responsibilities of the Procure to Pay process. This individual will work closely with Product Owners and Business SMEs to ensure alignment between business needs and SAP S4HANA system capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP PTP, stakeholder collaboration, and business process mapping. This role requires a strong techno-functional professional who can contribute to solution design and coordinate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary SAP PTP (Procure to Pay) subject matter expert, owning end-to-end process design and system configuration.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and go-live support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, map business processes, and deliver functional solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to define and optimize future state processes, leveraging industry best practices.
- Perform SAP system configuration as needed
- Coordinate with offshore system integrators, providing functional guidance, tracking deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support Data Migration activities and SAP testing activities including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Assist in change management and user training activities
- Support go-live and cutover activities
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous system enhancements
- Stay up to date with SAP advancements and recommend relevant upgrades or process enhancements.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the PTP (Procure to Pay) domain.
- Experience with ATLEAST 2 Full Lifecycle SAP Hanna implementations in the capacity of PTP lead
- Proven ability to configure and optimize SAP PTP modules (MM, SRM, and related components).
- Strong background in SAP configuration and functional design.
- Strong business process knowledge and ability to translate to system requirements
- Demonstrated experience in writing business process documentation, creating process maps, and supporting Data Migration activities.
- Experience coordinating with and overseeing functional offshore system integrator teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
- SAP certification(s) a plus
