Job Purpose

Defines and leads engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce, and acts as a technical and technological referent, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and man hours, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Coordinates, prioritizes, adjusts, and directs the efforts of the discipline engineering work performed for the project and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites, including direct supervision of Subsea/Surface Engineers. Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements (including budget), project QHSE plan and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards. Approves design basis and coordinates design activities within discipline (including sub-contractors activities). Interfaces with other Lead Engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning

BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field Strong technical skills in engineering Strong project management skills Good presentation and coaching skills Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills Understanding customer requirements and ability to translate them into product specifications Excellent command of English
