This role is critical in ensuring the stability and performance of IL provisioning systems by resolving complex production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting modules such as BST, Catalog, Provisioning Client, and NEI Development. The position operates on the European calendar and CET time zone, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to incident management and system reliability. What will you do - Deliver L3-level support for Instant Link provisioning systems - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from L1 and L2 teams. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes. - Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to implement catalog-driven workflows. - Work with development and operations teams to deploy hotfixes and patches. - Monitor system health and performance to ensure high availability and reliability. - Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases. - Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident support. Who you are - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a rela ted field. - 810 years of experience in IL/Nokia FlowOne L3 support and development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Proficient in Java, Shell scripting, and SQL. - Experienced in UNIX/Linux environments. - Skilled in log analysis, performance tuning, and system monitor ing tools.Familiar with telecom protocols (e.g., Diameter, GTP, SS7). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experienced with ticketing systems such as Remedy, JIRA, or ServiceNow. - Understanding of OSS/BSS architecture and integration patterns. - Familiarity with Huawei and Nokia network elements and provisioning commands.
