Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Noida / Gurugram / Indore / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of expertise in managing and implementing complex software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid cloud knowledge, and the ability to lead large-scale data projects across multiple teams.

Key Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in technical project management for enterprise-level software.
- Expertise in one or more technologies:
- Java/J2EE
- EDW/SQL
- Hadoop/Hive/Spark (hands-on preferred)
- Cloud Platforms (Must Have):
- AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven track record managing high-volume data projects (TBs to PBs in size).
- Data Engineering Knowledge:
- Data Ingestion, Processing, and Orchestration
- Experience with Migration Projects (Nice to Have).

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end technical project delivery.
- Act as a bridge between executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
- Lead multi-functional teams across business development, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
- Ensure on-time delivery of multiple, simultaneous technical programs.
- Define and implement technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage customer relationships with excellent client handling skills.
- Work in Offshore Development Center (ODC) models and present technical architecture to senior stakeholders.
- Create and manage project plans, delivery timelines, and resource allocations.

Qualifications

- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Com
- Experience: 10 (Associate Level) to 16 years
