Ltd., Kanera Block, Survey No. 271, Madhav Industrial Hub, Plot No. 25 & 26, Kanera, Bareja 382425 Salary Range: 3.0 3.6 LPA Qualification & Experience Required - Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry) or M.Sc. (Chemistry) specialization in Organic, Inorganic, or Analytical Chemistry preferred. - Experience: 23 years of experience in Quality Control or Production, with the ability to prepare and maintain various analytical and testing reports. - Knowledge & Skills: - Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Knowledge of international quality standards and testing protocols. - Ability to provide technical support to the sales team when required. - Proficiency in handling laboratory instruments such as: - pH Meter - Density Meter - Flash Point Apparatus - Moisture Meter - Titration Analysis Setup Roles & Responsibilities 1. Raw Material Quality Control - Inspect incoming raw materials for parameters such as density, purity, moisture, and particle size. - Approve or reject materials based on defined specifications. 2. In-Process Control - Monitor in-process parameters like viscosity, pH, solid content, and density during blending or reaction. - Provide real-time feedback to the production team for necessary adjustments. 3. Finished Goods Testing - Conduct all standard QC tests on final batches as per the product QC checklist. - Approve and release batches only after meeting all required quality specifications. 4. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain detailed test reports, batch-wise QC sheets, and retain samples as per SOPs. - Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for approved products. 5. Customer Support - Conduct testing and prepare comparative reports for customer complaints or technical evaluations. 6. Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the R&D/Technical team during product trials. - Contribute to process optimization initiatives for improving consistency and cost efficiency.
