Roles & Responsibilities1. Customer ServiceWelcome guests, check tickets, and guide them to screens or seating areas.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests politely and efficiently.Assist with accessibility needs (wheelchair access, reserved seating, etc.).2. Ticketing & AdmissionsOperate ticketing and POS systems for ticket sales, reservations, and refunds.Check and scan tickets at entry points.Maintain accurate ticket counts and report discrepancies to management.3. Concession & Food ServiceAssist at the concession stand: prepare and serve food,(popcorn, beverages, snacks).Restock supplies and ensure proper food handling practices.Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene and safety regulations.4. Theatre Operations & Facility ManagementEnsure auditoriums are clean: check seats, aisles, screen, sound, lighting, and temperature before and after shows.Support projection or booth teams with scheduling checks (no technical work unless trained).Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety and house rules.5. Cleaning & Maintenance SupportAssist cleaning staff with auditorium turnaround between shows.Inspect restrooms, lobby, and common areas for cleanliness and functionality.Report maintenance issues (broken seats, lighting problems, spills) promptly.6. Safety & SecurityFollow emergency procedures (evacuations, fire alarms, first aid assistance).Ensure exits are accessible and emergency equipment is available.Monitor for suspicious activity or policy violations.7. Administrative & Support TasksHelp prepare daily operational reports (attendance, sales, incidents).Assist the operations manager with scheduling, inventory, and staff coordination.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.8.
