Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Assisting with routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Conducting basic diagnostic tests to identify potential issues.
  • Following Instructions: Adhering to technical instructions, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Documentation: Recording findings, completing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Troubleshooting: Assisting in identifying and resolving technical problems under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Learning and Development: Gaining experience and knowledge in the field through on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and industry regulations.
  • Basic Technical Support: Providing support to users or clients on basic technical issues.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with the management of equipment, tools, and spare parts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of relevant technical systems and equipment, troubleshooting techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues under supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information and follow instructions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures meticulously.
  • Safety Awareness: Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing technical environments.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required, with some roles requiring a certificate or associate's degree in a related field.
