Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Specialist in Business Development to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business objectives.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market penetration.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business development efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the specialty chemicals or related industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the specialty chemicals sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
