Job Summary

As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations, you provide operational support within Commercial & Investment Banking. You ensure timely completion of transaction management for clients and resolve exceptions and client inquiries efficiently. You also offer subject matter expertise, manage regulatory reporting tasks, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

- Execute assigned transaction processing tasks accurately
- Take lead on process improvement and automation initiatives
- Manage assigned responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a strong control mindset and identify process risks
- Resolve client inquiries and exceptions promptly
- Provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams
- Support daily regulatory reporting and remediation activities
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

- Demonstrate experience in middle or back office operations
- Understand financial services industry, products, and processes
- Apply strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Deliver excellent client focus and customer care
- Utilize strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
