This is a senior leadership role in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Operations, mainly for broker support, binding, and underwriting operations. The person will manage a large team (200–300 people), working with US clients in night shifts (US hours).

Industry & Context

- Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C): Insurance that covers property (homes, cars, businesses) and liability (accidents, injuries).
- Brokerage & Binding:
- Brokerage → Working with insurance brokers who connect clients with insurers.
- Binding authority → Brokers/agents authorized to accept risks and issue policies on behalf of insurers.
- Underwriting Operations: Support in evaluating risks, processing policies, and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Leadership – Oversee day-to-day delivery of insurance operations (policy issuance, claims support, endorsements, renewals).
- Team Management – Lead large operations teams (200–300 span), including managers and associates.
- Broker & Underwriting Support – Ensure smooth handling of broker queries, policy binding, underwriting assistance.
- Process Excellence – Drive SLA adherence, quality checks, and compliance with US insurance regulations.
- Client Engagement – Interact with US clients/brokers, manage escalations, and ensure high service delivery.
- Shift & Location – US shift timing, office-based role in Madurai & Noida.

Must-Have Skills

- P&C Insurance expertise (brokerage, underwriting, operations).
- Operations management (large team handling, SLA governance, process improvement).
- Broker experience (supporting brokers and binding authority).
- Leadership (span of 200–300 FTE).
- Flexibility to work in US shifts (night shifts).
