Job Title: Insurance Telesales Executive Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18 – Udyog Vihar Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales Job Summary We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Insurance Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar, Sec-18). The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining insurance products (Health, Life, and General), and converting leads into successful policy sales. You will play a key role in helping clients choose the right insurance solutions while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health, life, or general insurance policies. Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms in simple language. Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build customer trust. Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM software. Follow up with interested leads and close policy sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience in telesales or customer service (insurance preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. Ability to explain insurance terms in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Target-driven, confident, and able to handle rejections positively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of outbound calls made daily. Lead-to-policy conversion ratio. Achievement of monthly sales targets. Customer satisfaction score.
