The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate. The role involves regular communication with customers over phone and email, resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, and coordinating with other departments to address customer needs. Additionally, the Customer Relations Manager will gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and maintain customer relationships. Qualifications - Fluency in English and Tamil or Hindi - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally - Experience in customer relations or a related field - Good organizational and coordination skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Experience in the home lifts or related industry is a plus
