Title Senior Specialist - Procurement Operations Location Mumbai Exp 7 yrs Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day procurement operations and ensure seamless BAU support - Manage client-specific requirements including Purchase Requisition PR to Purchase Order PO processing - Facilitate supplier onboarding collaboration and communication - Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and compliance with procurement policies - Provide Level 1 L1 functional support for procurement systems and troubleshoot operational issues - Coordinate with internal teams Finance AP Legal to resolve process gaps and exceptions - Maintain documentation trackers and dashboards for operational visibility and reporting - Support audits compliance checks and continuous improvement initiatives Y Required Skills Qualifications - 7 years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain support - Strong understanding of PR-PO lifecycle invoice workflows and supplier management - Familiarity with procurement platforms SAP Ariba Coupa Oracle etc - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities - Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain or related field Y Preferred Skills - Exposure to shared services or global delivery models - Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support environments - Knowledge of procurement compliance and audit frameworks - Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
