- Proficiency in queries and database logic
- Intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting skills MS SQL query writing analysis
- Knowledge of PC infrastructure Windows OS AD network etc
- Strong understanding of OS and application integration working
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Candidate should have knowledge on what is Nexthink and its use
- Should have knowledge on difference between Onprem and SaaS version
- Create analytical report and provide recommended action plan
- Understand customer requirement and implement the Nexthink solutions
- Creating metrics categories and dashboard based on the requirement
- Should have experience on creating custom dashboards in portal
- Enabling the campaigns based on the customer requirement
- Basic programing knowledge on nxql
- Should have knowledge on AD AAD environment
- Have good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business
- Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow
