Role : Nexthink Consultant

Experience : 8+ Year overall in IT & minimum 3 year relevant in 1E Tachyon

Essential Job Functions:

Nexthink Consultant

Qualifications:

  • Must know how to perform platform administrator responsibilities(Creation and Deployment of Remote Actions, Campaigns, Dashboards)

    • Must have hands on experience in improvement of Dex/user experience score

    • Must have done problem hunting with the help of Nexthink platform

    • Have performed Value Realization of the use cases.

    • Have experience on both On-prem and cloud platform

    • Created success stories for the customer/ leadership

    • Have an understanding of NQL(Nexthink specific)

    • Have done integrations with ITSM and Chatbots
