We are looking for a Corporate Audit Operations and Reporting Analyst, Officer, who will be responsible for generating reporting for our various stakeholders. In this role, you will work with other members of the Corporate Audit Operations and Reporting Team to build out our division wide Target Operating Model. This role can be based out in Pune, India or Krakow, Poland.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Corporate Audit Operations and Reporting Analyst, Officer you will

- Combine/analyze multiple data sets with advanced proficiency in PowerApps, PowerBI / Tableau, SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for management reporting.
- Prepare and coordinate various Legal Entity Board, Audit Committee, branch management and client presentations.
- Consolidate, track and monitor corrective action items for all business lines across State Street Corporation.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure data accurately reflects Corporate Audit's reporting to Boards and Committees.
- Track and update all regulatory action items derived from regulatory exams and provide accurate status requests.
- Complete Ad Hoc reporting requests in a timely manner based on various reporting requirements.
- Assist the audit team with providing information for regulatory, management and client requests.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced analytics, reporting and visualization skills (solid experience with Tableau/Power BI) are required.
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative finance field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with large datasets for independent analysis to detect underlying data patterns and generate insight.
- Relevant work experience in Internal Audit functions and/or at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor for a financial services company preferred.
- Working experience in the other applications or reporting development experience with exposure to analytics tools such as SQL, Business Objects, Alteryx, PowerApps or Spotfire.
- Experience in building data pipelines in Databricks is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods with an analytical mind and an ability to solve problems with MS Office Suite Programs.
