Job Title Accounts Assistant Location Faridabad Haryana Job Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles bookkeeping practices and day-to-day financial operations Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping Prepare and update invoices purchase orders and payment records Handle accounts payable and receivable Support in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions Assist with GST TDS and other statutory compliance work Coordinate with vendors clients and internal departments for payment-related queries Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role Basic knowledge of Tally ERP MS Excel accounting software Familiarity with GST TDS and other statutory compliances Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Learning and growth opportunities within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 998 72 - 32 443 43 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund
