Job Type Full-time Experience 1-2 years Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations maintenance and workforce at our water treatment plant The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations safety compliance and quality control while managing a team of workers and coordinating with engineers and contractors Key Responsibilities Supervision Operations Oversee installation operation and maintenance of water treatment systems Ensure compliance with water quality standards and safety regulations Monitor treatment processes equipment performance and plant efficiency Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot operational issues Team Management Supervise site workers technicians and subcontractors Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed on time Conduct safety briefings and training sessions Safety Compliance Enforce adherence to health safety and environmental HSE policies Ensure compliance with local water regulations and industry standards Maintain proper documentation of safety procedures and incidents Coordination Reporting Work closely with engineers project managers and stakeholders Prepare progress reports and maintain site records Communicate any operational challenges and suggest improvements Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Civil Mechanical Environmental Engineering or related field 1-2 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or similar roles Strong knowledge of water treatment processes equipment and safety protocols Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills Ability to read technical drawings blueprints and work schedules Familiarity with HSE regulations and compliance standards Preferred Qualifications Certification in water treatment operations Experience with SCADA systems and plant automation Knowledge of pump systems filtration and chemical dosing processes Job Type Full-time Pay 5 086 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
