Responsibilities - Identify emerging consumer trends, behavioral shifts, and category insights to drive innovation. - Create strategic briefs for new product development based on consumer insights and market opportunities. - Collaborate closely with the Design and Development teams to ensure product upgrades and innovations align with market needs and brand vision. - Drive content strategy across digital, social, and offline channels to build brand equity and storytelling consistency. - Build and scale influencer partnerships to amplify brand credibility and reach. - Build and integrate online and offline marketing efforts performance marketing, content, experiential retail, PR, partnerships, and more. Requirement - Min. 8 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, or NPD. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and design thinking. - Proven experience in driving successful new product launches and category innovations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Have worked with new-age D2C or consumer brands
