We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive the product management and customer engagement of our innovative speech product in the Indian market. Responsibilities - Define and drive product vision and strategy across a full stack of collaboratorsfrom customers to engineers and researchers. - Own the product strategy for LLM model fine tuning and supporting multilingual speech LLM in alignment with customer and business needs - Engage with Indian customers by working closely with the field team to gather insights, address customer needs, and ensure our product offerings align with market demands - Partner closely with engineering to prioritize the roadmap, deliver high-impact features, and solve complex problems with clarity and creativity. - Champion product quality and AI excellence, ensuring our services are responsible, reliable, and delightful to use. - Keep stakeholders aligned and informed, fostering confidence and clarity across internal teams and leadership. - Embody ourCultureandValues. Qualifications Required Qualifications: - A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical IT work experience is required. - 5+ years of working experience on AI product management Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to demonstrate understanding of computer science fundamentals that affect code implementation and customer experience - Great communication, inter-personal, and cross group collaboration skills; the ability to build and deliver effective presentations - Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers, leaders, partners and customers - The aptitude to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; from end users to senior management/executives - Display skills in planning and project management - Demonstrated ability in discerning and addressing relevant challenges to delivery - Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively - Highly analytical - ability to understand business metrics, customer and market trends Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
