Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Hyderabad. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in individuals of various age groups. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support effective outcomes. Additional responsibilities may include educating clients and caregivers about strategies to enhance communication and overcome speech-related challenges.Qualifications- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and Speech intervention methods- Knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing disorders- Expertise in diagnosing and treating Communication and Language Disorders- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams- Post-graduate degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field- Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist- Previous experience in working with individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus
