Role Overview:

This is a unique, high-impact leadership opportunity to work directly with the founder as the cornerstone of our growth strategy. As the Head of CEO Office & Strategic Growth, you will spearhead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, tech, operations, finance, and partnerships. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's vision, scaling operations, and building a future-ready organization.

This role is designed for an exceptional leader who can eventually step into the founder's shoes, driving high-level strategy and execution for an innovative Ed-Tech company on a fast growth trajectory.

What You Will Do:

- Partner with the founder on strategic planning, business growth, and overall companydirection
- Lead, coordinate, and optimize initiatives across all departments including sales, marketing,technology, learning operations, finance, and partnerships
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and partnership prospects
- Oversee key projects, ensuring timely delivery and impactful results
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability for rapid growth
- Represent the company externally, build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Build and mentor a high-performance team as the company scales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic leadership, management consulting, or senior roles inhigh-growth startups or corporations.
- Proven ability to handle diverse functions and drive company-wide initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work closely with the founder, influencing and shaping company's strategy.
- Visionary, proactive, and highly adaptable with a bias for action.
