Job Description

We went from $0 to $1.5M ARR in our first 12 months. Now we're building the engine that will take us to $15M ARR in the next 1218 months.

Backed by Lightspeed, B Capital, and other top-tier investors, we've raised $10M+ to build the next generation of AI marketing agents for small and medium businesses worldwide, starting with AI SEO and AI Website Agents.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the inflection point where experiments turn into systems, and systems turn into a category-defining company.

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

Location: Bangalore

What you'll do:

- Run experiments at speed: Launch and test new channels, campaigns, and product loops. Most will fail. The winners, you'll scale ruthlessly
- Architect growth systems: Take ideas from 0 1 100. Translate messy founder hypotheses into repeatable, automated, measurable engines
- Decide where we go next: Work directly with the founders on new markets, revenue streams, and kill calls for what's not working
- Own the numbers: Build dashboards and models that cut through noise and tell us what's driving growth
- Upgrade operations: Fix the bottlenecks, automate the repetitive, and write playbooks others can follow
- Hire once you prove it: Scale your own impact by bringing in specialists after you've cracked the channel

What we're looking for:

- Background
- 12+ years in a high-growth startup (success optional, learning mandatory)
- You've built something from zero before company, project, or product
- Obsessed with growth stories and playbooks from the best startup operators
- Skills
- Fluent in SQL, with enough Python to ship scrappy scripts and automations
- Comfortable with data and growth stacks (Mixpanel, Segment, Clay, etc.)
- Can run real A/B tests and interpret results without hand-holding
- Strong analytical modeling ability (financial or otherwise)
- How you work
- You don't wait for permission. You spot problems and fix them
- You move fast and prefer 10 imperfect shots over 2 perfect ones
- You balance zooming out on unit economics with rolling up sleeves to execute
- You adapt quickly when the plan changes because it will
- Communication
- Translate complex into simple
- Influence without authority
- Comfortable presenting to founders, investors, and cross-functional peers
