Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key accounts throughout India.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Lead techno-commercial negotiations to achieve profitable and sustainable deals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Presentations: Create and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and objections effectively and in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
Education
- A Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Business Administration
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience with a strong preference for experience in the solar PV industry.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and other languages.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering high-impact pitches.
Demonstrated ability to network effectively within the solar PV
