As part of our expansion, we are introducing tailored solutions for schools, ensuring student safety, real-time tracking, and efficient transport management.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with prior experience in outbound sales. The role will focus on pitching RoadCast's mobility and GPS solutions to schools and creating a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and connecting with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive outbound sales efforts targeting schools across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Pitch RoadCast's student safety and mobility solutions to principals, transport heads, and school administrators.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos/meetings for the senior sales team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Update and manage leads in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to refine pitches based on customer feedback.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 23 years of outbound sales experience (preferably in SaaS solutions).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to independently drive outreach and build relationships with schools.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting techniques.
