Key Responsibilities 1 Mould Changeover Perform mould changeovers on injection moulding machines as per schedule Ensure correct installation alignment and securing of moulds Connect all utilities such as water lines hydraulic lines and electrical connectors 2 Machine Setup Set process parameters during start-up following given job sheets Ensure that the machine runs the correct cycle after mould change Coordinate with the production team to validate first-piece approval 3 Maintenance Safety Inspect moulds for wear damage and cleanliness before and after installation Perform minor maintenance like cleaning lubricating and preventive checks Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during lifting and handling 4 Documentation Maintain mould change records and downtime logs Update mould history and machine status reports Report any issues to maintenance or production supervisors 5 Coordination Work closely with production QA and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations Assist in planning mould change scheduling to optimize productivity Skills Qualifications Technical Skills Knowledge of injection moulding machines e g JSW Haitian L T Engel etc Understanding of hydraulic pneumatic mechanical mould systems Ability to read mould assembly drawings Experience with overhead cranes forklifts lifting tools Personal Skills Strong problem-solving ability Good communication and teamwork Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines Qualifications ITI Diploma in Mechanical Plastics or related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in mould change operations in plastic injection moulding industry Additional Requirements Must follow 5S and safety standards Physically fit for handling heavy mould equipment Willingness to work in shifts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Work Location In person
