Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Troubleshooting Perform electrical maintenance on plastic injection moulding machines e g Haitian Engel Arburg Nissei Toshiba etc Diagnose and repair faults in PLC systems control panels servo drives sensors heaters motors etc Calibrate temperature controllers pressure sensors and other critical components Replace or repair defective wiring relays contactors circuit breakers timers and HMIs Preventive Maintenance Carry out regular preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule Record maintenance activities and update logs and checklists Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement Power Systems Inspect and maintain electrical panels MCCs Motor Control Centers and distribution boards Ensure proper grounding wiring and circuit protection of machines and control systems Installation Commissioning Assist in the installation testing and commissioning of new injection moulding machines and robotic systems Modify control circuits and wiring as needed for machine upgrades or automation Compliance Safety Adhere to electrical safety regulations and lockout-tagout LOTO procedures Ensure machines comply with local electrical codes and safety standards Maintain clean and organized electrical workspaces Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
