Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals and delivering reports on account status and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and account management
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in report generation and performance analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
