Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Pop Tates Restaurant in Mumbai. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring that your station's products meet the restaurant's standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include cooking, portioning, and presenting dishes according to recipe specifications, managing and training junior kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of your workstation. Additionally, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards is essential. Qualifications - Strong cooking and food preparation skills - Experience in managing kitchen inventory and supplies - Ability to prepare dishes according to recipe specifications - Familiarity with health and safety standards in the kitchen - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to train and manage junior kitchen staff - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Prior experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role is a plus - Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
