Job Description Role Overview As a UI/UX Designer at Omniful, you will play a key role in shaping the design language and user experience of our AI-driven supply chain platform. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and data-driven interfaces that simplify complex workflows. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end design processfrom user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that bring our products to life. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive designs. - Design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces for web-based SaaS applications. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. - Build and maintain Omniful's design system to ensure design consistency across products. - Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless handoff and pixel-perfect implementation. - Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and overall product experience. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing B2B or SaaS web applications. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methodologies, and information architecture. - Experience creating design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns. - Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to balance creativity with system-level thinking in enterprise-scale design challenges. Preferred Skills - Experience designing for complex enterprise platforms (OMS, WMS, ERP, or SaaS tools). - Familiarity with motion design, prototyping tools, or micro-interaction design. - Understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, and responsive design principles. - Exposure to UX analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and optimize user experiences. - A design-first mindset with attention to detail, consistency, and usability.
